Let's find your dream home

"I was a residential rental property manager for 13 years. Tracy O’Kane was our Realtor for properties spread out across the Twin Cities – from the North Oaks to Forest Lake to New Brighton to St. Paul. I gladly give her my strongest recommendation. She is hard working and extremely knowledgeable. She is not afraid to tell a buyer or seller the truth – even when they don’t want to hear it – which is of course when they need to hear it the most. Her skills as a Property Stager are unsurpassed. You can trust Tracy and you will be glad you did.

"My interests were served extremely well. Tracy was so proactive. Her response time was immediate and always went way beyond what I had expected. I was kept very well informed, down to the minute. Tracy was so on top of what was happening. She is extremely knowledgeable and often translated what was happening to make sure I was comfortable. Tracy is absolutely the best! I am so grateful to have someone I know and trust so much to advise me through this process.

"Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty to get the deal done at a good price for me. She was very responsive and gave me more than I asked for and expected. I was never worried or concerned about lacking information. She demonstrated an analytical approach that I had never experienced before and greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
"

"My interests and goals were all over the board from the beginning to the end. Tracy was always helpful and non-judgmentally changing her ways right along with me. Tracy responded to my needs and requests with the utmost respect and energy. Being a first time home buyer, Tracy was a wonderful asset by explaining the process, what various terms meant and seeing things I didn’t. She readily, openly and honestly shared her knowledge with me. She educated me on various things to be aware of. My only comment is to keep on being who you are and doing what you do because you are good at it girl!

"Tracy did a wonderful job of understanding what we wanted in a home. She helped us to stay focused and was quickly able to understand if a home was right for us or not. Tracy made herself available at any time, even during a family emergency. She was always quick to reply with a phone call, email or text. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods we wanted was great. She pulled reports as necessary and gave us appropriate first hand experience. Tracy was amazing and went above and beyond what we expected. We look forward to keeping in touch and showing her the changes we will be making to our new home!

"Tracy was great to work with in every way! I have been a Realtor for over twenty five years and she taught me different things that I can use with my company. She is a very, very good Realtor that Keller Williams is lucky to have! I will refer her to anyone looking in the Twin Cities.
"

"As investors, Tracy was always willing to show us properties. She had a genuine interest in our goals and projects. She was very responsive, well prepared and did her homework. She is a hard worker. We hope she continues to give us her candid and knowledgeable advice. We think of her being on our team, a valuable contributor!
"

"Tracy had a great understanding of what I was looking for and what fit my needs. She was very responsive any day...any time...she was only a phone call away. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and was able to recognize, point out and explain things I might never have known to look for or ask about.
"

"I can not say enough good things about the way you handled my situation. I am a happy camper and truly know that you have found and negotiated the best place for me at this point in my life. This is my 10th purchase and you have been the best realtor of all.
"

"I dare say, few people would have applied this much labor to such a small commission amount. It speaks volumes about your character. Unfortunately, I have found your type of integrity a rare quality and therefore am grateful I was referred to you.
